NOTE: We are currently able to electronically debit your account via an electronic check (EDT) through Paypal for online orders.

Shipping charges for I-Proclaim titles ordered via our Yahoo! store are as follows:

Shipping via UPS

Note: UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. box or to APO/FPO addresses.

All UPS shipping charges are calculated using UPS Live Ship.

Please note that UPS Ground only delivers within the continental US.

International orders should choose a UPS Worldwide shipping option. Canadian purchasers should choose UPS Standard to Canada or other international option.

Shipping via USPS Priority Mail:

United States, APO, and FPO: $5.50 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items). This is the optimal shipping method for APO and FPO addresses.

Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico: $5.99 for the first item ordered, plus $1.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).

Canada: $16.00 for the first item ordered, plus $2.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).

International Orders (other than Canada): $25.00 for the first item ordered, plus $2.00 for each additional item (up to 25 items).

Downloadable option:

Please note that the "downloadable" shipping option is only available for e-books. Please do not choose "downloadable" if you wish to have a hard copy shipped to you.

There is no additional charge to download e-books, but you will be expected to pay the retail price before downloading can begin.

Returns policy

Due to the nature of print-on-demand publishing, any title purchased from I-Proclaim Books cannot be returned or refunded for any reason. However, if any merchandise is received damaged, we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. Information about Sales Tax

For customers living in Pennsylvania, there will be a 6% sales tax added to your order.

For customers living in Pennsylvania and within Allegheny County, there will be a 7% sales tax added to your order.
