The author is the son of the late Bishop Dave Rollins, once the bishop of the Eastern district of Texas; he is an ordained minister and holds a B. S. degree in psychology and sociology frim Sam Houston State University, the founder of PAPCAI-People Against Poverty Crime And Injusticeand resides in Dallas, Texas.
