CREATE EATABLE WORKS OF ART: Part I, of America Cooks, presents Southwestern cooking of the 1960's, as a treasue trove of 16 rare and collectable recipes. You too can present these authentic Southwestern dishes to special guests as eatable works of art, with color and design. The majority of these rare and filling Mexican/American recipes, have virtually remained unchanged since they were presented to the author by the Chefs who originally created them. Some were created in her own kitchen. Be sure to take bows, when you serve: Pinata Tacos, Southwest Chili, and Monterey Enchiladas. This cookbook is Part I of a III Part series, of American Cooking.
