All I used to prepare this book were from the the practical knowledge gained from my grandmother,(Alternative Medicine) when she was still alive few years
back.Though,she gave me a Book in my local dialect on how to "use herbs and
roots to cure ailments". This couple with those gotten from my own researched work. I thank God Almighty for in him alone we can get cure and solutions to all our health problems.That is why the Holy Writ says "Every herbs is a blessing from
