Councilman Tilden and Aleisha Mandel lied, blackmailed and even murdered their way into becoming flithy rich. Robin and his band of merry men, known as the doactors, could not just stand by and watched their second mother perish without trying to save her. Robin became determined to make the Mendels use their ill-gotten money for good use. He would stop at nothing until they buy "A heart for Helen."
